How to avoid/prevent Preeclampsia and Eclampsia?

Although these conditions cannot be completely prevented but their risk can be reduced by taking some precautions. Such As ;

Healthy lifestyle: The risk of these two conditions can be reduced by adopting a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy. Under this you can take care of the following things – 

A balanced diet, which includes adequate amounts of protein, calcium, vitamins and antioxidants.

Healthy Diet  in pregnancy

Salt should be consumed in limited quantities. 

Try to drink as much water as possible. 

Avoid alcohol, smoking, drugs or any other addiction. 

Keep the weight under control.

Stress is common during pregnancy but efforts can be made to reduce it as much as possible. For this, techniques like yoga, pranayama and meditation can be used. Adequate sleep also helps to a great extent in reducing the stress during pregnancy.
